Tessa Barlotta is a Costume Creator who specializes in Millinery and Stretchwear. She has also worked in Womenswear, Tailoring, and as an Ager/Dyer. 

An MFA graduate of Carnegie Mellon University in Costume Production, credits include Bill Hargate Costumes, The LA Opera, and The Santa Fe Opera. 

Tessa currently works as a Tailor/Fitter and Tableperson. She is a member of the IATSE Local 705 Union.
