Tessa Barlotta is a Costume Creator who specializes in Millinery and Stretchwear. She has also worked in Specialty, Tailoring, and as an Ager/Dyer. 

An MFA graduate of Carnegie Mellon University in Costume Production, credits include Ahsoka, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 3, Welcome to Chippendales, and many more. 

Tessa currently works as a Stitcher and Tailor/Fitter. She is a member of the IATSE Local 705 Union.
